About the Role
Delivering legal documents in assigned areas of East Tennessee allows you to have a flexible schedule and take on as much or as little work as you want. We provide the training and tools you need, including the best mobile app in the industry that allows you to claim jobs, map your stops, and track every dollar of your earnings.
Requirements
Be at least 21 years of age, of good moral character, possess a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma and/or equivalent.
Possess a basic knowledge of the Tennessee Court System, as well as relevant understanding of rules and regulations related to process service.
Possess a general command of the English language, and have decent ability to write reports related to attempts made on subjects in the field.
Possess good time management and project execution skills, related to large caseloads and multiple appointments.
Be prepared to attend trainings and meetings with Executive Leadership.
Be prepared to sign and execute affidavits related to your actions in the field, as well as to testify if called upon by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background investigation; including drug screening, motor vehicle records check, and national background.
Be authorized to work in the United States of America.
