Our Services are intended to assist users in navigating legal processes but do not constitute legal advice. We are not a law firm, and our employees are not acting as your attorney. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services. You may be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to late or failed payments; up to and including a late charge of $45.00 or 20% of due balance; whichever is greater.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and any outstanding fees will become due.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10.2. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Greeneville, Tennessee, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
11. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet outages.
12. Changes to These Terms
