The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet outages.
