Connect Public Safety Company serves process in the State of Tennessee, Monday-Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding federal and Tennessee State holidays). Tennessee usually prohibits service of process on Sundays. In certain cases, a Court may authorize such service. CPS provides Sunday service, with an additional service fee of $100.00. Connect will not make more attempts than are listed on the service package in which you are purchasing. Additional attempts may be purchased at a rate of $35.00 per attempt. Affidavits (rather for successful or unsuccessful service) are included in every package. Notarized affidavits cost an additional $35.00 per notary seal. Wherever possible, Connect employs in-house notary publics; and may from time to time, waive this fee; when employees are available. Connect requires original documents to be mailed for execution at the service requestors expense.
